The House is located in a upscaled area on a direct access canal with a 80 foot boat dock in the South, South West of Cape Coral.5 minutes drive to Cape Coral Beach. & the Down town, 20 minutes with boat to the Gulf Of Mexico.
The home have 16 foot high sealing, crown molding,Italian marble floors & cherry cabinets with granite counter tops, Top of the line stainless steel appliances, house security alarm, Gourmet kitchen, and new designer furnitures, Intercom FM/CD speaker system & LCD/HD TV's in all rooms.
The home is is fully eqipped for 12 people.
POOL AREA: Large caged pool deck with heated "salt water pool & Luxury SPA with 66 jets, massage features,waterfall and Stereo system.

With table & chairs, outside goumet grill, gas heating lamps for cold evenings.
