THE HOUSE WAS JUST LIKE THE PICTURES,CLEAN EVERYTHING YOU WOULD NEED THERE.DID HAVE TROUBLE WITH HOT WATER IN SHOWER BUT TOLD HOW TO GET THE WATER HOT. NEED TO SORT THE PHONE OUT.WILL BE BOOKING UP AGAIN

Villa Aalisa is located in the Yacht Club section of Cape Coral and is only minutes to the river by boat. This large home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with a split floor plan. The pool has electric heat and a solar cover. There is a 10,000 pound boat lift and jet ski lift too. Light and bright, you will feel relaxed as soon as you enter the house. Enjoy the sunsets with its western rear exposure! This villa also offers many extras, such as bikes, fishing equipment, baby gear, golf clubs and more!
