We spent three lovely weeks in Cape Coral
We spent three lovely weeks in Cape Coral, Casa Maria. The house is situated in a very nice and quiet villa area, and has 4 bedrooms, kitchen and dining room and was very clean. The pool area is very big , the pool is heated with solar heating, there is no smell of chlorine - we really enjoyed it. The property has a dock in the garden, and then our friends came by boat to visit us, this was a great experience. If we return to Cape Coral next year, we hope to stay in Casa Maria.

This home was comfortable
My husband and I like a quiet get away to relax and just do what we feel like doing. This home was comfortable and we were able to have a wonderful, stress free vacation. There were a few things that needed repair that did not interfere with our stay whatsoever,and hopefully, they are repaired before the next tenant came in.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Casa Maria. The house is very roomy and was very clean. The kids enjoyed the pool everyday and had a great time. From the very start from reservation to the last day we were happy with everything. The house has and old style but I understand with the use of this being a rental house it makes perfect sense.

This Villa is located in a beautiful neighborhood in downtown Cape Coral. Close to all the restaurants, Cape Coral Yacht Club and beach. This very spacious corner lot (18417 sq feet) is located right on the canal for your easy access to the Gulf of Mexico and the beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel. The spacious lot gives you beautiful views over the canal as well as the much appreciated privacy during your vacation. The lanai area has perfect south exposure so you really can enjoy the lovely oversized pool. The pool is heated with solar panels. The area has a lot of space for both sun bathing and play as well as a spacious dinner area and BBQ grill.
The Villa offers 1841 sq ft with A/C, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate TV room and living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
The master bedroom as well as the second bedroom both have King size beds. The third and fourth bedrooms both have two twin beds in each bedroom. The master bedroom has a TV.
The villa offers WiFi so you can use your own computer, pad or smartphone.
The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dish washer and ice-maker, everything you need for a perfect vacation. Outside there is a gas BBQ-grill.
The pool area is very spacious and has a oversized pool. This pool has a new cleaning technique which means using a much more gentile type of chlorine. This is much appreciated by guests with allergies as well as families with small children.
