The house is allergy-friendly, tiles on the first floor and parquet floor on the second floor. 4 en-suite bedrooms (each has a bathroom) and roomy walk-in-closets with space for everything. Besides the big bedrooms there is a spacy kitchen with granite breakfast bar, formal dining room, great room with view above the pool area and canals. You have also an office - just in case... There is a private boat dock for your rented boat. This house offers you everything to enjoy your dream vacation in Florida. The patio upstairs next to the game room is screened in.
