Whether it is a weeks stay or several weeks, this home has everything you need and more. Important: This is a 4 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. A 20% non-refundable reservation deposit is required and will be applied against the total amount due. The final rental payment is due 45 days prior to Guest arrival and is non-refundable at that point. Should the 45 day deadline fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, the final rental payment will be charged on the last business day prior to the 45 day deadline.
ELECTRIC CHARGES: $0.13/kwh with $25.00/week free allowance.
The monthly rate already includes a 15 % Discount for this Property. If 4 guests are included in a posted rate, each additional guest in a home will be charged an additional $70/week plus tax. Children under the age of 12 are free of charge.
