Minimum StayThe perfect spot for a family getaway.
I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful home and the wonderful time we had visiting it. Our family of 5 enjoyed a 1 week stay and we all wished it could have gone on forever. The home itself is beautiful, bright and spacious. It is recently updated, everything in it is new and modern. The open floor plan is perfect, all the main rooms have large sliding glass doors which give you easy access to outside, and provide beautiful views of the pool and canal from inside. The layout of the home is great, the master suite is on the opposite side of the the other bedrooms. The bathrooms are beautifully remodeled and roomy. There are lots of towels provided. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. And the large TV provided a great opportunity for some memorable family movie nights. While the actual home is the perfect place to settle in, you really want to spend all your time outside at the patio table, in the pool or on the dock. We ate nearly every meal outdoors and enjoyed dinners from the grill most nights. We spent all our days swimming, floating, and playing in the large pool where, because of it's ideal location, the sun was always shining. The dock was another gift to our experience. While we tried our hand at fishing, our favorite part was just hanging out watching the fish jump or the beautiful sky at sunset. I miss having my morning coffee while watching the water. We enjoyed outings to Sanibel, Pine Island, Fisherman's Village, and the Cape Coral Farmers Market, which were great, but we really just enjoyed every minute at this home and were so grateful to have a place where our busy family could just relax and enjoy time together. We are very grateful to Al and Jeanne for opening their home for other families to enjoy. We really recharged and connected with our kids (ages 6, 11, and 13). The hospitality of the owners is evident in all their communication, and there number 1 house rule. "Have Fun!" Even their neighbor is extremely kind and thoughtful, providing ideas for outings and sharing beach toys with my children. Beautiful home, nothing but positive things to say. Thank you Al and Jeanne.

Wonderful place to stay
My daughter and I stayed at Cape Coral and had a great time. The house is really nice. Beautiful inside and out. The inside has granite counters, fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed, the bathrooms have huge stone showers, it's really nicely decorated, the pool is very nice and warm, and we loved hanging out on the patio. This place is in a great location close to everything in the Fort Myers area. We did day trips to Sanibel, Captiva, Fort Myers, etc. We played golf and fished off the dock. The owner was extremely easy to work with. We will for sure be staying there again next time we go to Florida.

Beautiful vacation getaway!
Our family of 4 LOVED staying in Cape Coral. The home was very clean and comfortable. Everything in the place looks like it had just been updated. We spent a lot of time in the lanai swimming in the pool and our 2 young boys were catching fish right from the dock. The view overlooking the palm lined canals is so pretty. We made day trips to nearby Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers. The guys took a charter to fish the gulf and had a riot. The shopping in Cape Coral is amazing too. Everything you need is just minutes from the rental. There are a bunch of good restaurants nearby but if you want to stay in and cook, the kitchen is fully equipped. I would highly recommend this place. It's close to everything and the home is really lovely.

Fun Clean perfect for our family.
The two weeks we were there was great. The place was very clean all new furnisher nice large rooms everything we needed was there. The pool was nice and clean pool guy came ones a week and yard guys all are there keeping everything looking good. We were close to all the fun thing in Cape Coral. I'll be back next year.

Newly renovated and completely refurnished vacation home. Enjoy your very own heated pool over looking (south facing) gulf access canal. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath property is equipped with all the comforts of home. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans in every room, a dining area that seats 6, brand new comfortable beds and a large fully equipped kitchen. including a toaster, blender, coffee maker and microwave. Huge patio doors in the living room, den/game room and master bedroom open up to the patio and pool. The living room has a 58inch ultra Hd TV with sound bar. WiFi is included. The large pool is positioned under a screened in lanai, keeping the bugs out and the breeze from the canal flowing through. The pool has table with and 6 chairs so you can relax by the pool while enjoying the beautiful canal views. Cook on the gas bbq while you take a dip in the pool. Fish off the dock with the provided rods and reels or bring your boat and park on the 30 ft dock. There is plenty of room for the entire family come down and enjoy the beautiful Florida sun.
