Welcome to Villa Geissler! This private vacation heated pool home offers all you will need for your vacation getaway. This 3 Bedroom / 2 bath, electric heated pool and spa home is located in area of Cape Coral with easy access Del Prado Blvd where shopping, restaurants, Beaches, Night Life and more! The home offers cable TV in living room and Master bedroom, also wireless internet access! It is equipped with a flat screen televisions with HDMI, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, toaster oven etc Also towels, linens, hair dryer washer, dryer.

There is a queen bed, a king bed and twin beds also a queen sleeper couch, also single folding. Screened lanai pool deck surrounded with Eureka trees giving you full privacy, there is a gas grill , a bar, sun chairs, outdoor table for dining. A table tennis sitting in the garage for you to play if you decide. You just need to walk out of the enclosed pool area and you have a new wonderful dock on a deep sailboat canal that has Gulf Access. Secure your boat or head out to Kayak. Absolutely a perfect bungalow.

Absolutely a perfect bungalow. We strategically identified this property for the plumb location between Fort Meyers and Sanibel Island as we were there to watch our son play baseball in Ft. Meyers and to relax on the beach in our down time. Also, my crew are big fishing fans, and were able to access the prime ocean spots easily in addition to having the garage to safely secure all of their gear. The garage also hosts a new ping pong table which the baseball blokes came over and utilized. I agree with the other renters with regards to the privacy of the pool which also hosts additional delightful outdoor space and a beautiful view of the canal. Having being spoiled by global travel and top star hotels, I am highly keen on excellent service. There is zero doubt the owner operates with integrity, professionalism in that she absolutely gave a spot on representation of the property which is clean, charming and refreshingly simple. An added bonus was rapid service for any and all requests on the property site. This is crucial. ROI was excellent, and moreover we would not hesitate to ever return or ever rent again from the owner's numerous properties.

Peaceful Paradise

We stayed here 11 wonderful days in early March. The house is beautiful and the pool area is private with the palm vegetation surrounding it. The weather was windy the first couple days but with the plants around the pool we hardly felt anything. This is a quiet neighborhood and we really enjoyed that. We brought bicycles and rode around the area a lot. We found out there are a lot of bike trails in the area. We also went on a 4 hour cruise in Fort Meyers on a paddle boat. It was inexpensive and fun. Had beautiful weather the whole time. went to Sanibel and Pine Islands. Pete and Joan are great people to deal with. Will definitely come back
