Recently arrived home from a 2 week stay at this house. Our party of 4 adults and 2 young children had a great time! The house was spotlessly clean on our arrival, has a large living area and kitchen. Pool area is also large with plenty of room for sunbathing. The area around the dock is also good for catching the sun. Also caught a good number of fish, mostly catfish, but the kids didn't mind.! Frank was very easy to contact and responded instantly with a couple of questions we had. Would highly recommend this house to anyone wishing to stay in Cape Coral and will book again if we return to the area.

Amazing
This place was amazing. It was so clean and you felt like you were right at home. Everything you would typically need being at your home was available. Everything from shampoo to laundry soap was available for your use. Everything was within minutes. The owner was always available when needed. I will certainly be staying here again!

A HOME WITH THE PERSONAL TOUCH
From the moment we walked through the door you could feel this was not your average rental property. Frank the owner, manages the villa and his sister is responsible for cleaning, well done both of you ! There were personal touches like a bottle of wine on arrival and plenty of toiletries. Frank met us on arrival and showed us round the house and is available if required as he lives locally but otherwise he leaves you to enjoy your stay. You can tell that the villa has been Frank's family home with upmarket bathrooms and kitchen. The tilling is superb and I spent a lot of time admiring the work involved. The outside lanai is the largest we have ever had in a rental property with a lovely pool which is not too deep so you can use the whole pool. The villa is aptly named as on several days we saw groups of dolphins in the canal and they swam right up to the dock. The location of the villa is excellent with a Publix, takeaways and restaurants within a 5 minutes drive. We enjoyed the villa and area so much we have already arranged to return. We loved the villa!
We loved the villa from the minute we walked in. Everything was nice decorated and very clean. We enjoyed the huge pool and dek and spend several hours outside. The master bathroom has a big rain shower, very nice. Frank is very reachable and he is great to deal with. We hope to come back next year! Thank you so much Frank, for letting us stay in this beautiful villa!! The dutch family!
