Comfortable, Convenient, Everything We Wanted!
We stayed at this house for almost five weeks at the beginning of the year. We loved the openness of the main living space. The split floor plan is a bonus. We were really impressed with just how comfortable the beds were! The enclosed pool area was also very nice. The pool itself was great...wish we could have used it more! This year's weather was record-setting for rain! We loved the cable set-up and that it was fully operational on all three tvs. The Internet was also a plus! The location was great...a very quiet neighborhood, but not far from one of the main roads in Cape Coral. Also conveniently located to a Publix grocery, Target, and several restaurants. Being on the canal provided us with some wildlife viewing....birds, turtles, and a few fish caught by a couple of boaters. We had one problem with a toilet while we were there. We called the property manager and had someone there within a half hour to replace a part and stop the running water. We've spent January in Cape Coral the last five years and will be returning to this house next year! It has everything we wanted!

This wonderful Villa is located in a peaceful residential area directly on a freshwater canal. From the large dock, you can fish, watch water birds, and turtles. This completely furnished villa offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open floor plan featuring the living room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed, as well as all the dishes to cook, and enjoy, full meals. There is an attached laundry room complete with a new washer and dryer. The home has a wireless internet connection and a 2 car garage. For entertainment, there are 3 televisions all with satellite tv, DVD players, stereo, and games. By the heated pool you can swim, grill, dine and relax under a screened lanai. There are two fishing poles provided for you to fish off the home’s dock. Restaurants and different shopping facilities like supermarkets, drug store, gas stations, and others are 3-10 minutes away. The recreational options in the region are very diverse: golfing, boat tours, fishing, hiking, Cape Coral Beach, Water Park and more. The closest outlet center is about 35 minutes away. Ft. Myers Beach or the dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Island can be reached in about 30 minutes. At 365 acres, Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve offers walking/hiking trails and seasonal kayak rentals and is only 10 minutes away.
