I was so excited to see the house as beautiful as the pictures and the entire house was spotless!
This house made our vacation perfect ! Loved the pool and can`t say enough about the whole house. The rental agent Renee was awesome and took the time to talk to us about the area and spoke of key places to go that we were interested in. We loved the booklet she left for us which had info on resterant's, beaches , store's , ect ..... pretty much anything you wanted to know. I would recommend this house to anybody that was looking to stay in the Cape Coral area. Thank You Renee and VRBO ! Doreen

Villa Rada
Clean and Convenient
We had a great time, the house was well stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. The house was centrally located to most of the attractions in the area, and the neighborhood was very quiet.

Villa Rada is brand new to the rental market! It has just been fully furnished with brand new modern furnishings and offers 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a walk in closet, and a separate den with a split floor plan. The kitchen features a large breakfast bar with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The large lanai features a solar heated pool. The yard is fully fenced and features lush tropical landscaping, ideal for privacy. Close to Cape Harbor, Shopping, Dining and Entertainment.
