Me and my family loved every moment, the pool was amazing and we went swimming everyday. The house is walking distance from publix, and different restaurants. Would definitely recommend

Great House! Great location!
This house is great!! Really nice 4BR house! Very clean! Spacious, open! Has everything you need - such a great place! Renee, property manager, was awesome - she provides lots of good info about local places, very responsive if we needed anything. My husband and I wanted a location to let us check out the southern/gulf coast of FL - this was perfect! We were close to Sanibel, Captiva, Ft. Myers, drove a day down thru the Keys and Key West, went to the Everglades - BUT we also enjoyed the house on the other days- the pool, lanai and hot tub are awesome! Nice privacy for pool/lanai and hot tub. Pool and hot tub can be heated too! Nice for evenings! House is also close to grocery store, pharmacy if needed. Park is within walking or bike riding distance. REALLY great location! We would stay again for sure!!! Wonderful week!

Villa Margarita is a beautiful pool home that is located in a quiet area in the SW Cape, close to Pine Island Road, so it is close to shopping and restaurants. This large home has over 2300 square feet and all of the upgrades you could possibly need. The large electric heated pool and spa are surrounded by trees giving you total privacy and serenity. There is also plenty of space on the lanai for entertaining. The kitchen is beautifully upgraded with a tile backsplash, corian counters, wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The large master bathroom features a separate soaking tub. This home is also tastefully decorated in a Florida tropical style.
