I loved this beautiful home!
From the moment we walked in to the home I knew we made the right choice for our vacation home! From the beautifully decorated home to the awesome pool this was the best house we have stayed at yet! A perfect vacation home!
Villa Amber is the perfect place to stay when vacationing in Florida! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there for a week in September. The house is beautifully decorated and equipped with all the essentials needed for a great stay. It is very spacious and well maintained. While it is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, it's not far from beaches, restaurants, and other local activities. Fort Meyers Beach, Sanibel Island, and Captiva Island are all a short distance from the house. After spending the day out exploring these amazing areas, we always knew that gorgeous pool was waiting for us at Villa Amber! It was so nice to just relax by the pool and grill out after a busy day. I would recommend this house to my friends and family and look forward to returning soon. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Villa Amber made for an unforgettable vacation!
Staying at Villa Amber was the perfect vacation in a home away from home. The home was impeccably clean, decorated, and fully stocked with anything we needed for our week- long stay. My boyfriend and I stayed with one other couple and we had a blast. The location in a quiet neighborhood gave us the privacy and quiet feel we wanted, yet it was close to night life, beaches, and award-winning restaurants. When we weren't out and about it was nice to be able to enjoy the features of the home including bike riding, grilling out, playing board games by the pool and swimming. This area is so beautiful my boyfriend and I actually got engaged on our trip. Needless to say, we cannot wait to stay at this place again in the future and we suggest anyone who wants a great vacation stays at Villa Amber as well!

Clean, lovely vacation home
This home in Cape Coral was ideal for our family of 6 in March. The pool was well heated (very important) and the owners provided lots of fun pool toys that kept the kid entertained for hours. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. The furniture and decor were tasteful, and there were plenty of good quality towels. The owners provided games, books and 3 TVs as well as 5 bikes. Jeff and Renee were both very helpful--overall a great experience!

Villa Amber is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath pool home that is centrally located in a great neighborhood in the SE Cape. This charming home was recently purchased in 2015, so it is beautifully decorated with all new furnishings, it’s the perfect vacation spot for a family seeking a casual, yet refined, vacation retreat. This villa has a split floor plan, with the master bedroom on one side of the house and the guest rooms on the other. The oversized pool is both electric and solar heated. The master suite features a King size bed, sliders to the lanai and en suite bathroom as well as a flat screen TV. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need for entertaining or just a cozy meal. Every detail has been seen to by the owner to make your stay comfortable and memorable.
