Relaxing home in quiet location
My partner and I, along with another couple, spent a week staying at this great place! Lots of space in the excellently remodeled kitchen/living room; although we spent the majority of our time on the screened in patio and in the crystal clear pool. This place met all our needs, and it was within a 10-30 minute drive of most attractions (Sanibel Island, Manatee Park, etc). The manager, Renee, went above and beyond our expectations to accommodate any requests. She is great to work with and us highly recommended by us.

Villa Claire
We absolutely loved our trip to Cape Coral. Villa Claire was perfect for my family's needs. The pool was very refreshing and my children spent hours in it. I loved the brand new kitchen. The neighborhood was ideal. We rented a boat and had a great time fishing. We will definitely rent this house again.

Villa Claire is the perfect place to entertain or retreat! The oversized, heated pool is 30’ x 15’. The large deck has plenty of room to relax and sunbathe, and with the fence a mature tropical landscaping, you will have plenty of privacy. Sip on a cold drink and watch TV in the tiki hut. Shoot some pool in the enclosed Florida room that overlooks the pool. Rent or bring your boat as this house has a 7000 pound boat lift and sailboat access to the Gulf of Mexico! Located in a great neighborhood of the SE Cape, you will have peace and quiet, yet the conveniences of nearby restaurants and shops.
