We had a wonderful time at this beautiful villa. Specifically loved the two large master suites, extra large pool, very spacious outdoor pool patio area with fireplace, and how the sliding doors opened up wide to the patio/pool area. I reluctantly write this as we really want to come back and hope it's available when we do. We also loved the view down the canal out over the water. Concierge Remy was very nice to work with and very attentive to our every need. Very relaxing vacation! We will be back!! Doug J.

Excellent Grade A
This was a god send for a difficult time. In town for memorial service of father in law. It was the perfect place for our family to relax and relive fond memories. House well stocked, very clean and layed out well for socializing with plenty of space. Remy the maneger could not have been more awesome. Thank You for making a difficult situation easier.

This luxury villa in subtropical Southwest Florida fulfills many desires. Luxury Villa Tropicana is a newer dream home in Cape Coral. The generous terrace is south facing. The villa has 2 master suites with king-size beds, plus 2 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), continue a lounge with a sofa bed and 3. 5 bathrooms. The living room has a flat screen TV, DVD and stereo as well as breathtaking views of the swimming pool and the wide channel. It is available throughout the house WiFi available. In the studio there is a sofa bed and it can still 2 more people can be accommodated. The Traumkueche has granite countertops and is fully equipped. The terrace is equipped with Poolmoebeln, a table with an open fire, 4 chairs and a gas BBQ grill. The pool and the outdoor pool can be heated. If you want to rent a boat, this is brought to their vacation home.
