A group of seven of us went to the yellow beach house for a holiday weekend. The house was great! Easy to find and close to the beach. The pool was fantastic! Pool had an umbrella in the middle which provided shade and different levels which provided places to relax. Plenty of room to fit the seven of us! A lot of standard household items were provided which was great. Sondra was very responsive and available if i had questions about the house or surrounding area. I would love to stay here again!

Gorgeous -Cocoa Beachside House W/Heated Pool!
My family of 9 just stayed at the Yellow Beach House. Me and my husband our 27 year son and his girlfriend and our daughter and son in law with our 3 grandchildren. The house accommodated all of us just great. We cooked great meals and swam in the pool everyday. Not to mention the quick trips to the beach, Cape Canaveral and Disney World! Our next trip to Florida will include the Yellow Beach House for sure!

Gorgeous -Cocoa Beachside House W/Heated Pool!
This was my second stay and my second review. Read my first review for the full scoop. My first stay at Sondra's Yellow Beach House in Cape Canaveral was so great I was quick to book it again. There were only a few days in between our first stay and our second stay, but when I came back for the second stay I found that Sondra had made sure the place was completely clean and ready for a new resident to check-in even though she knew it was me coming right back. I made great use out of the pool this time and it was wonderful. This house is truly amazing, the location is fantastic and Sondra is a great host. I said it before and I meant it...if you have reason to be in the Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral area you should book this house immediately. I'd move in there permanently if I could. If you book something else or delay and miss out on this place you are going to regret it. If your still reading this review, stop thinking about it and book the house!

We loved the yellow beach house!
We enjoyed our stay very much! The pictures did not do justice!! The pool and "backyard play" area were amazing!! The home was equipped with everything we needed to go to the beach. We are a family of 7 and there was plenty of room for all inside and out!! Hope to return again some day!! Audrey

Beautiful Tropical Vacation Home
This was the first time we rented a house in Florida instead of staying at a resort or hotel. I would do this over and over again. Sondra was wonderful to work with and was very attentive. She responds within minutes and checks in to see how things are going and if you need anything. This was an amazing experience!

Great House!
This house is great for a coastline vacation, comfortable and well-appointed. We were especially wowed by the outdoor living space, which is expansive & luxurious, making it a wonderful spot to unwind and relax. Would absolutely stay there again on our next trip to the area.

This home is gorgeous!
The pool area is the thing resorts are made of and everything you could need for a beach trip is there. The house is spotless and well laid out. Linens, towels, accessories are all abundant. The hosts are most accommodating and very informative. We had three couples sharing this home and there was plenty of room to cook together, watch a movie on the spacious sectional and play games at the large table. Everything is just perfect, I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Highly recommended

Amazing House!
Terrific house, pool, patio, super clean, great beach umbrellas, etc. few blocks from a great beach. Sondra was very responsive to questions. We would love to come again. We had a great stay!

Perfect vacation house
My family and I really enjoyed all these days at The Yellow Beach is a wonderful place to relax and rest. Every detail inside the house including decoration is just wonderful.I recommended everyone to stay at Sondra' house, everything you need is there.

This newly remodeled vacation home is a short 3 blocks from the beach and minutes from downtown Cocoa Beach! Beautiful inside, the furniture and beds are high quality with TV's in each room. Large kitchen/living room area to enjoy. Full Kitchen and BBQ. Heated pool & Tiki bar will be ready in April with Pics coming soon! Home is located 1 mile from Port Canaveral and the location makes day trips to Orlando attractions such as Disney world, Universal Studios, or Kennedy Space Center easy. Fine shops, bars and restaurants are close by too.
