We stayed in March for Spring Training and had a great time. House was in great location, close to everything and still very quiet. Short drive to beach. Pool was perfect and had lots of toys for kids. There wasn't anything we needed, the owners thought of everything for you.

Well Organized Spacious Home
3 bedroom home is clean and well organized and contains everything you would need for any activities. The appliances are updated and bedrooms adequately spread out to allow for different sleep schedules. No issues to speak of with our stay. Central location with 20-30 minutes to beach and sits amongst many good golf courses. We played golf 3x and would recommend any of the courses we played (Tara Preserve, Waterlefe, Lakewood National - just opened in January). Used the pool several times - which was clean and includes jet tub. Owners Stu and Pauline a pleasure to work with - would love to stay there again.

Fabulous property -- highly recommend!!
Beautiful house that has everything you need for a great vacation. Indoor and outdoor space was perfect. We used as home base for a trip to universal and family visits in Bradenton. Easy drive to beach. Kids loved the pool. Pauline and Stu were very friendly and quickly answered any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again in future visits.

Feels like home
As the weather turns colder here at home, my family is remembering our Florida vacation and we can't wait to go back. Thank you so much for letting us come and stay at your beautiful Florida home. Everything is provided so that all we had to bring was food (and there were even things in the pantry to help us get started!!). Our kids love the yellow room with the single beds, there own private space made them feel special. It's important to us when going on family vacations that they are affordable and this house/location really delivers. the rates are very good, and everything we needed is provided. The house is VERY CLEAN, the decor is lovely, the entire home is updated and tastefully decorated and doesn't feel like a tacky hotel, but rather a real home, with comfortable beds/couches, bright rooms with pretty pictures, and lovely linens and towels to use. Access to groceries, outlet shopping, fun activities for the kids are all just minutes away. my boys love the used bookstore at the end of the road, and heading off to the beach, but most of all just wanted to swim in the amazing pool all day. nice and warm, and big enough to have fun in, the back lanai and pool are perfect for adults and kids. my husband and i could sit at the outdoor dining table and watch the kids in the pool after dinner...it was hard to get them out of the pool to go to bed! thanks again for the lovely vacation rental. We are definitely going to book here again!

Gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom solar heated pool home backing on to 1st fairway of Tara Golf Course. If you choose, your rental comes with a nominal golf membership option at Tara. Relax by the southern exposure pool with a drink after dinner or dine at the club in one of the best restarants in the area.
Recently purchased in 2010 the home has been completely renovated with new furniture, kitchen appliances, floors and paint. The rental also includes cable TV, broadband internet and long distance telephone use in North America
The master bedroom includes a TV, king bed with walk in shower and closet while the second bedroom includes its own shower and double bed. The third bedroom features two single beds with walk in shower.
The home has two living rooms with one featuring a pull out couch for extra sleeping, a large flat screen HD TV as well as a separate dining area with comfortable seating for eight.
The clubhouse is a short walk from the lanai and includes besides fabulous dining a state of the art fitness area and spa.
