Minimum StayGreat Property for over 50 year olds!
This is a wonderful property for people over 50 years old. It is 2 miles from Anna Maria Island. Just over the bridge is miles of free parking and beaches. The tours, boat rentals and restaurants are in abundance. We stayed for a month and had our son and his family stay with us for a week and another friend come for several days. The owner is a jewel and has thought of everything to make you feel right at home. Although she lives in Europe we still had contact with her at a minutes notice. She had people living in the area to take care of any problems you might have. Neighbors came over and introduced themselves and made you feel like you had known them forever. I highly recommend this for people over 50.
