A nice getaway in the Bradenton
We were happy with our stay in this place. The owners were responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and well located for getting around the area. The pool was an added bonus.

Comfortable Stay
The house was very comfortable for our stay in the Bradenton area. Kitchen is also well equipped and having a BBQ was really helpful. If you are a baseball fan the house is located about 10 minutes from the Pirate's spring training home and 20 minutes from the Oriole's park in Sarasota.

3 bedroom, 2 bath single-family, fully furnished 1100 sf single story modern home on 50x110 privacy-fenced lot in quiet neighborhood with similar homes. Street elevation enhanced with tropical foliage and accent lighting. Attached 1-car garage, 1-car driveway.
Low-maintenance solar-heated in-ground saltwater pool under enclosure. Cocktail table and 2 chairs; 2 loungers available. Lanai with table for 4, gas grill.
New central air/furnace and washer/dryer in garage. WiFi, fiberoptic cable TV service, and security system. Ceiling fans in master and guest bedrooms, living area, and lanai.
Home has cozy living area with 55" flat screen TV, sofa, recliner, sliding doors to lanai and pool. Granite counters in galley kitchen, stainless steel appliances, dinette with pub table for 4 and 2 stools at bar between kitchen and living room. Colorful-on-white fresh, fun décor, with many thoughtful touches.
