Perfect Family Getaway!
Our family of 5 stayed at John and Cindy's condo for a week in February. The condo exceeded our expectations - it was newly renovated, clean, comfortable, and very well appointed! The location was ideal for us - right on the bay and only about 1 block from the beach. The condo was very quiet and the pool was really nice. John was very easy to work with and checked in with us a couple times during our stay. And Anna Maria Island has become our new favorite Florida destination. The island itself is beautiful and its residents/visitors are very down-to-earth.

A Perfect Spot
The Gulf Watch condo was the perfect getaway for our family of four with two young kids. The condo is spacious, clean, and conveniently located on the island. We loved the easy walkability to the beach, the bay, and the little Bridge Street shopping/dining district. The condo was quiet at night and offered enough privacy for all of us. We loved the pool and had a lot of fun there! The screened in balcony was a delight and we enjoyed our morning coffee and an evening cocktail there. The beds were super comfortable! John was very helpful during the trip and checked on us several times, which we really appreciated. All in all, I would say it was a five star stay!

Great stay
This was our first experience renting a condo, and we had a great time. The condo is clean and spacious, and we really liked the location. One block from the bridge, which is really helpful when there's traffic on the central road. Even though the condo is on the bay side, the walk to the beach is really easy. Note that the condo is not "in town" if that's important to you, there's a 5-10 minute walk to the town center (which is quite small). There are 2 good restaurants much closer. Also, there isn't much of a view, if that's important to you. John went out of his way to make sure everything was in order, which is great, because I'd imagine an unaddressed problem could really ruin a vacation.

Beautiful large condo, 2 bedroom/ 2 full bathroom located in Gulf to Bay complex. Complete with full kitchen including dishwasher, full size refrigerator, stove and microwave.
Condo is a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom unit. The master ensuite has a new King pillowtop serta mattress with hardwood floors. The 2nd bedroom is complete with a queen bed and a twin bed. There is a sleeper sofa in the sitting room. The sitting room could act as a 3rd bedroom. It is sitting in an open area of condo.
Leave your beach accessories at home! We provide beach chairs, toys and beach towels.
Sit on our screened lanai with views of the bay or walk just steps to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island, Breathtaking white powdered beaches include Coquina Beach, Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach and Anna Maria Island City Beach.
Our complex has a large, heated pool
When you do leave, this unit provides you with the safety and privacy of sheltered parking for 2 vehicles. You will also have access to the free trolley service on Anna Maria Island which runs daily for your convenience.
Additional off-site activities include award winning restaurants, boating, fishing, parasailing, theater, amusement parks and of course the nightly sunsets
