All Beach Houses have king size beds and a sofa that has a queen size pullout. The two bedroom has all the above with an additional two double beds in second bedroom. The studio does not have a sofa.
The grounds offer a lovely BBQ and picnic area, a covered gazebo for dining and relaxing, also a saline pool and sundeck for sunbathing.
There is ample assigned parking for guest vehicles.

Notice of cancellation received 30 days prior to reservation date will receive a full refund (excluding special offers). Cancellations received 29 days or less will forfeit deposit.
A deposit of 25% of total booking plus 11% Florida sales tax is required to guarantee reservation, the remaining amount will be charged at check-in.
