This condo faces the gorgeous natural views of the Intercoastal Waterway, mangroves, birds and boats(location has less traffic noise than gulf view condos in BBT). Enjoy the twinkle of evening lights in the distance. There is a daytime peek a boo gulf view from the kitchen window also.
7 night minimum in high season unless there is a lesser night space to fill between guest rental dates We prefer weekend turnovers. $25/nt fee per person if you have a 3rd or 4th guest. New gray leather sleeper sofa. Queen size.
