The building complex was just built in 2007. The Room has a Separate independent entrance.
Inside the room: Beautiful pool view, Queen Size Bed, Smart LED TV with Satellite Cable, Free Wifi, 2 sets of beach towels, an amazing VELAQUA alkaline water system, Small Refrigerator, Pantry (Coffee Maker, water boiler, silverware, cups, plates, bowls, wine glasses), Iron and Iron board
Nice bathroom (free biodegradable eco-friendly toiletries, 2 set of towels, professional hair dryer)
Two new beach chairs and a umbrella locate in the garage.
There is a Outdoor Lanai with Patio Sets, Screened In, Grill, Sink, Toaster Oven, Single burner, pod, skillet, cutting board, cooking knife, can opener, corkscrew, etc, etc. It the perfect setting to prepare simple breakfast, salads or snack. It won't be appropriate to cook elaborated meals because there is no stove and not much counter space, but I saw plenty of our guests prepare fancy meals using the grill as a stove.
It is a 3rd Level Unit facing the Pool area. The Pool has a Tiki Hut Area, Bathrooms and Plenty of Sunshine!
It is located 1 mile away from Bonita Beach (Best beach facilities in the west coast). Its Location is close to All Shops, Beaches, Restaurants, Naples, Fort Meyers and the Great Flamingo Island Flea Market! Beaches are Beautiful, Sunsets are Unbelievable and Enjoy your Stay!!

Cinthia and her husband made me and my girlfriend feel right at home. They have a perfect setup for AirBnB with a shared outdoor patio with fridge, grill, and other cooking supplies. We had our own separate room with bathroom. They had snacks, water, clean bedding and towels for us. They recommended restaurants and even let us use their beach chairs and umbrella. If you are staying in the Bonita Springs area, I would highly recommend staying here. Very nice people!

Cinthia and her husband were very accommodating and could not have been nicer. The room is very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Having access to the lanai and the outdoor kitchen was perfect for morning coffee and to prepare lunch for the beach. I would highly recommend this beautiful room near the beach!

My husband and I stayed at Cinthias place for a week in March 2015 and we loved it! Perfect for us. A comfy queen bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, total privacy, and access to a large and private screened in lanai with our own little fridge, teapot, stove top, dishes. The room is very new looking. Good AC. Bathroom lovely tiles. Good sized closet and plenty of drawer space. Some mornings we met Cinthia and family on the lanai for a brief visit before their walk, but mostly we had it to ourselves. Cinthia thought of everything and more...lovely toiletries, two beach towels and chairs, a basket of great snacks including dark chocolate bars and gourmet popcorn and corn chips from Trader Joe's. Our own filtered water dispenser (though Florida water is fine to drink). There are three fabulous gourmet restaurants within easy walking distance. Wylds. A Table Apart. And C Level Bistro. Try them all. They're excellent. Grocery stores and 7-11's and CVS nearby. A wonderful breakfast place just 5 minute drive away. Skillets. And, a gorgeous beach that really is 1.3 mile walk or drive. Beach Parking is $8 a day and is limited but we always found a spot. The beach is spectacular. Walk a little to the left or right of Doc's Beach Bar for more privacy. The food at Doc's is very good. Great Chef salad and fried food. The complex has a heated swimming pool (very warm!). with good chairs and a covered area. My husband went to Red Sox spring training games. Dropped me at the beach for the day. Totally safe and easy. We truly hated to leave this place. Can't wait to go back. Recommend it highly to anyone. The room is not large, but with the lanai just out the door...you spend all your time out there. Good wifi. Great, safe and easy parking. We felt very lucky to have found Cinthia's place.

Cinthia and her family couldn't have been more welcoming. The room was perfect for the few nights I stayed in town and she made herself as available as necessary. The location was perfect, close to the beach and access to the pool as options for relaxing. I would highly recommend this location to single or couple travelers who are looking to get away but still be close to the bigger beach towns. I will definitely be contacting Cinthia if I ever return to the area!
