About The Area
No association and paperwok for the community. A very stable area of mostly owner residents (in winter) in an ungated community. Restaurants, Groceries everything close by Walk to beach or buy a visitors sticker to save on meters. Community clubhouse has a monthly potluck, bridge, weight watchers, yoga and Other activities visitors welcome. Walk to dock and fish from it.House Rules
