The condo is located on Little Hickory Island, in Bonita Springs. There is water on both sides of the condo.
The condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, and large lanai. All amenities are top notch! We have all stayed at a beach house with missing light bulbs, not enough silverware, no toilet paper, etc. This is not that condo. This is our home away from home, and we have it stocked as such.
The first bedroom has a Temperpedic king sized bed. It also has a wall mounted flat screen TV, huge closets, and a sleek IKEA dresser. Enjoy free movies with the apple TV supplied. The master bath has another huge closet, and lots of space. It has a shower with beautiful tile and is enclosed by glass. In the closet you will find lots of extra bath towels, tennis racquets, golf clubs, and plenty of room to hang anything needed. The master bath also has all first aid items you might need, and aloe in case the sun gets you. There are hair dryers in both bathrooms. One more thing not to pack.
The second bedroom has two pillow top single beds with brands new linens. It also features a desk with computer, and copier/printer/fax machine, in case you need to print a boarding pass, or check your e-mail! There’s also a dresser, and a huge closet, with all your beach towels, beach bags, sarongs to wear to the beach, robes for after you shower, extra bedding linens, and a new fishing rod.
The hall bath has a full bath, extra sunscreens, and bug sprays for night walks on the beach!
Love to cook? We have a full kitchen equipped with all clad pans and real silverware. Want to take your cocktail to the beach to watch the sunset? Just fill up our Sur La Table pho glassware (glass like thick plastic!) we do still have regular glassware for use in the condo, along with lots of “to go” items for the beach. Beach items include coolers, disposable cups, and plastic champagne, wine, and rocks glasses. All the regular kitchen necessities are also available: toaster, regular coffee maker, Keuring coffee maker, blender, lots of serving dishes, etc..
The living room features a pull out sofa, a recliner, swivel leather chair, a 50-inch flat screen, wall mounted, TV, a stereo, and even binoculars to see the dolphins pass in the morning. We even have books for you to read! Read about the area, wildlife, shells, and birds, along with many current novels.
The dining area features seating for 4, but you can bring chairs from the lanai, or office if you have guests, and accommodate up to 6 easily. We’ve got several patterns of placemats, so you can be as casual, or classy, as the situation deems.
Everything you need for the beach is already here. Downstairs, in our beach lockup, we have: beach chairs, beach umbrellas, noodles, inflatable’s, fishing gear, snorkel gear, nets for the little ones. And let’s not forget, as I mentioned earlier, your towels, tennis racquets, balls, and golf clubs are all ready here.

The condo is only 18 minutes from Fort Myers airport. From the condo, it’s 20 minutes to downtown Fort Myers, or 25 minutes to downtown Naples.

Please note: our condo complex only allows rentals of 2 weeks or longer! It is very private. Pets are not allowed in this complex.
Also, we are always booked from January 15th-April 15th, with the same renter yearly.
