Minimum StayIn love with Boca and this cottage!
We fell in love with Boca Grande and we fell in love with this cottage...we hope to stay here again on future visits. This house really is right around the corner from everything: the beach only a few blocks away, restaurants, the bakery, ice cream shops, beautiful Banyan Street and Hudson's grocery. We are a family of five with three young children and we found the cottage to be beautifully furnished and maintained, comfortable in every way, and completely accommodating. The open kitchen is well stocked with quality cookware and knives (such a difference-maker for me), the bathrooms were extremely clean, the beds and furniture were comfortable, and the house just exudes the relaxed attitude of the island. We really enjoyed the golf cart that was part this home rental...we have a lot of fun memories during our trip while scooting around town on the cart. Susan was fantastic! She was prompt in responding to my inquiries before and during our trip and she provided wonderful recommendations for dining, activities, and service-providers.

Terrific decor and spotless!
We have been staying at Boca Grande for the last eight years at numerous accommodations. This year we decided to stay at a cottage close to the downtown area. We were beyond thrilled when we stepped inside this cottage. The decor in each room was so inviting as well as comfortable. The cottage was well equipped with everything a person would need for their stay on the island. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances as well as an abundance of dinnerware and utensils. The cleanliness of this cottage was what really stood out to us, it was spotless. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone that is considering a trip to the island.

Another Wonderful Stay!
This was our second time staying at this lovely cottage on Palm - and we hope not our last! We love its Old Florida charm, expansive yard, and perfect location near town. It is very well-cared for by its owner, who is a pleasure to work with. We can't wait to return!

What a Treasure!
I’ve been coming to Boca Grande for many years and have rented a number of houses. This is my new favorite!! It is in the Historic District – the perfect spot – close to all the shops, restaurants and a barely a minute on the electric cart to the best beaches and swimming anywhere in Florida. The house is simply charming with all its amenities. The kitchen has a gas stove (I love to cook) and all first-rate appliances. I fell asleep many afternoons while reading on one of the built in beds on the front porch. The master bedroom is roomy even with a king size bed in it and the master bath was just renovated. On the other side of the house there are two comfy bedrooms with a shared bathroom. I recommend this ‘slice of heaven’ to anyone who wants to have a relaxing vacation on the very special barrier island of Boca Grande.

A few short blocks from the beach and one block from town make this rare cottage located in the Historic District of Boca Grande the perfect get-away. Situated on an over sized property, this sunny home has recently been updated (most recently with a brand new beautiful kitchen... including a gas stove, stainless steel refrigerator, farm house sink, etc.). This house has been meticulously maintained and everything inside the home is brand new, including the furniture, linens, and appliances. The roomy master suite and bath has its own wing which allows for privacy while the two guest bedrooms and bath are on the opposite side of the cottage. Enjoy the spacious open living/kitchen/dining area (hard wood floors throughout the house), the wonderful breeze off the ocean on the front porch or the privacy of the beautifully landscaped back yard surrounded by mature native mango, kumquat, surnaim cherry and black olive trees.
