My husband, 2 dogs and I spent a month in this clean, comfortable and well-equipped home. We spent relaxing hours on the screened porch sitting on beautiful furniture looking out at the fish-filled canal. The kitchen was fun to cook in and we ate endless amounts of fish cooked on the Weber grille in the downstairs lanai. All the linens were new, the beds were comfy and George, the owner, was more than helpful. It was a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and dog walkers. There was room for our 16 ft. skiff on the dock and a free boat ramp was just aound the corner.

All new furniture as of January 2016. Including Mattress, dining room, bed rooms, sofa, tables, outdoor patio furniture, new barbecue, new 60''smart TV. Internet service. Beautiful Granite kitchen. Fence in yard for your children and animals. New Washer and the dryer in laundry room. Large porch with Screen Jacuzzi area with Down stairs half bath. Upstairs screen porch over looking canal. Concrete seawall, 50' wide canal. Boat ramp 2 blocks over. Boat rental 2 different locations. Quite and minutes to Grocery store, pizzeria,liquor stores, gas stations, restaurants, boat rental, Looe key reef, dive boats, Bahia Honda state park world record tarpon fishing.Key deer wild life refuge.
