Welcome to the warmth and the sunshine!!! Smaller complex with only 15 units makes for a quieter beach retreat. This unit has 2 reserved, covered parking places. Leave everything at home because this unit is fully furnished, complete with beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrella. The master bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, a huge walk-in closet and is tastefully decorated with a beachy theme. The master bath is attached to the bedroom and has a walk-in shower. Just down the hallway are the guest bedroom and guest bathroom. The guest bedroom has twin beds with a flat screen TV and a very large closet. The guest bathroom is spacious and has a tub with shower. The unit also boasts a stackable washer/dryer, so no need to make a trip to the laundromat. As you make your way into the kitchen area, there is a kitchen table for 4 and an eat in bar that seats 3 as well. The kitchen is very large and comes nicely appointed with a full size fridge, flat top stove, oven and microwave oven. It has all the gadgets, like a blender, coffee maker, toaster...you name it, we have it. The kitchen is adjacent to the family room which has a flat screen TV, DVR, cable, Play Station 3 with games, DVD's and Wi-Fi , love seat and queen sleeper sofa. All of this overlooks the triple pocket sliding glass doors that lead you out to the oversized balcony with a partial Gulf view. The building does not have an elevator but it's only 2 quick flights up the stairs. I think we counted 30 steps in all and there is a very sturdy hand-rail to hold on to if need be. Great for kids. Very suitable for families and we DO allow small pets in this unit. There is a NO SMOKING rule in this unit.
