My husband and I spent the month of Oct. In this condo and everything was as described. The condo is spotless and has all the comforts of home! The owner has made sure you will have everything you need and is wonderful to deal with..Just bring your clothes and you're set for some fun in the sun. The town of Venice has lots of charm and the beaches are famous for finding sharks teeth. We have stayed here before and will definitely be back soon! Thanks Julie for being so thoughtful.

I have spent many vacations in Florida and never have been more satisfied! Everything from the comfy cozy condo to the great beach was spectacular. This condo has new appliances and they are very easy to use! On top of all of that this is a great place to set up base and enjoy a nice beach in a small old-fashioned town!

This is a beautiful two Bedroom, Beach front condo with a private entrance to the Gulf of Mexico. There are only 28 units in the two story building, it is called San Ramon. The new owner renovated the kitchen with marble counters and stainless steel appliances. The Beach is only steps away via a private entrance for condo users only. The condo is next to the heated pool (85F) and it is landscaped with lush tropical foliage . The pool furniture is all new, and luxurious. The condo has a 50" TV and also high speed Wi-Fi included. The Master Bedroom bedroom has a 32" wall mounted TV, and a en-suite bathroom. There is also a large walk in closet as well as exterior storage for Beach chairs etc. All of the windows have privacy type tropical wooden plantation shutters. The unit also includes a covered parking spot, as well as ample guest parking. Venice is a historic small and quiet town and is very bike friendly, there are tennis and pickle ball courts, as well as a public golf course. People come from Sarasota and Fort Myers to get away from the hustle and bustle. Venice is convenient to the Sarasota, Punta Gorda, and Fort Myers Airports. Once you enjoy Venice you will always return. Just bring your suitcase and a toothbrush
Sharkeys on the Pier is within walking distance. Beautiful Venice shops and Restaurants are minutes away, Mote Marine Center is 40 minutes away. Busch Gardens/Tampa are 60 minutes. Great resort shopping. Tennis & Pickle ball at the local community center.
