We had a great time and everything was just as Rob explained. It was very cozy and comfortable and even though the weather was not the best, we still enjoyed our time in Rehoboth and at RJ's Villa. We couldn't have asked for a better place to have stayed, it was perfect for our family!

Beautiful condo with everything you need
This condo is very nice and well decorated. The rooms are spacious and everything is in good shape. The condo is located in a good part of town with a 8 minute walk to rehobath ave and a quick 3-5 minute drive to the beach. I would stay here again.

Great time
Rob was very responsive and helpful. The house was perfect for our family and the location is pretty close to town. It's about an 11 minute walk to dogfish head. We ended up driving to a friend's house to go to the beach so I can't comment on proximity to the beach. The area at the boardwalk though is extremely crowded so it's definitely worth going south to the more residential portion to enjoy things. Overall we had a nice time and Robs house was part of that experience.

Feel at home while your on vacation. Enjoy the 2 BR's with queen beds and the 3rd floor loft with one queen and 2 bunk beds. There is 1 full bath, 1 half bath and an outdoor tiled shower. The beach vibe decor will help you relax in the open living room, dining area and kitchen. The large sectional and love seat provides plenty of seating. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or grill on the patio. You can eat outside on the patio or inside at the large table. There are 2 reserved parking spaces in front of the unit and extra parking nearby.
