This is a great house! For me the highlight is the screened-in deck and proximity to shopping and restaurants. This rental is perfect for a family of any size.

We have been staying at this place for the past 6 years, right after it was first built. It is great for our family of four and our parents. The first floor has a master bedroom with a full bath and walk out patio, which is perfect for our parents. The second floor's open floor plan and sreened in porch is great for entertaining. The third floor has two spacious bedrooms. Our kids each have their own full size bed and full bath to share. The master bedroom upstairs also has it's own full bath and walk out private deck. The kitchen is well stocked and there are a ton of games, videos, sand toys, games, etc. There are items for infants and toddlers (strollers/pack and plays, toys, books, sippy cups, bed rails, etc.), the Wii and games/toys for older kids, horseshoes, badmitten and can jam for everyone to enjoy. We love walking to the restaurants, outlets and CVS. The walking trail, pool and open common area right out back for family games is awesoime too. We highly recommend this place and plan to stay here for years to come!

Awesome place!
We stayed here and loved the neighborhood. The kids could play in the common area right out back with the toys that owners keep there. We loved the walk out patio with the grill on the bottom floor, the screened in deck for nighttime on the second floor, and sunning ourseves on the upstairs deck during the day. House is nicely decorated - loved the beach theme!

Nice house
Nice house that has everything you need. It was a quick drive to Cape Henelopen State park that has fishing, beach area where you can rent kayaks, paddleboards, etc. It was just $10 to park fo the day. We love that we are able to use the walking trail and walk to the outlets and restaurants. There were some great local fishing spots, too. They have a shuttle that picks you up in the development and takes you directly to the beach. Our kids love the boardwalk with the rides, games, arcade, mini gold and shops. Midway is nearby for go carts, water park, games, mini golf, bumper boats, etc. Jungle Jims is right across the street too!

Great house for two families
We flew in and stayed here with our friends. It was awesome to have each couple have their own full bath connected to their bedroom. Even the 4 kids who shared the room with the two full beds they had their own full bath. The walking trail was fun and it was a few minute walk to the skate park (right at the Methodist Church). They boys spent hours riding their skateboards there. They also spend hours playing football, kickball, spike ball, horseshoes, wiffle ball, etc. in the common area right out of the bottom floor bedroom. The house had everything you needed...a grill, a crockpot, keurig coffee maker, so many games. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch playing games. We'd highly recommend this rental!

beautiful!
We've been staying at this beautifyl house for the past 6 years. One time the AC thermostat was not working properly. The owners were very responsive and had someone there to very quickly to replace it. Beds and couches are comfy. Cute beach theme decorations throughout. Each year, the owners add some new things or change up the paint color, curtains, decor, outside patio cushions, etc. We look forward to seeing the updates/additions every year.

Beautiful Home at the Beach
We just vacationed in Rehoboth and stayed at this beautiful home. The house had everything we needed and accommodated our family of 4. Our two boys had so much fun. They loved sharing a room and got to spend a lot of time together. There was so much space to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. The 2nd floor balcony was my favorite sitting spot to read and relax. The house is beautiful from top to bottom and had every amenity that we could ever need. This was our first time vacationing in Rehoboth and we will definitely be going back. We were so happy to have stayed at this home and have never had such a nice vacation rental at the beach. This just had everything and more.

Wonderful vacation spot!
Just got back from a wonderful vacation in Rehoboth! This rental is ideal for families with children (all kind of games for indoors as well as outdoors provided!) the location of this rental is ideal to ride your bike to and from the beach everyday. It's in the mist of a bunch of restaurants and activities for children. The decks provide for such fun nights of playing games as well as a nice quiet spot to drink wine and enjoy a beautiful summer evening. The house has a wonderful open concept and such a comfortable feel! I would definitely rent again in a heartbeat!

Summer Vacay
Great place, close to everything! We have tween/teen boys so we put them in suite downstairs. All rooms were spacious & clean. We loved the open layout and decks on each floor. There were chairs & a carrier for beach stuff. Any questions we had were immediately answered by owners. We would definitely return!

Awesome Place
We have been renting this place for the past few years and love it. Great location, we love the pool and walking trail, grilling area and yard. Owners are responsive and have the house clean and nicely stocked with toys, outdoor games, and beach chairs.

Beautiful, family 2000 square feet rental with 3 Bed; 3.5 Bath townhome in beautiful Rehoboth Beach - Rehoboth Crossing Townhome community. Located East of Rt1., our home is approx. 1 mi. to the beach and downtown Rehoboth. Walk to nearby restaurants and outlet shopping. Enjoy beautiful parks, beaches, and Cape Henlopen State Park, or just relax on one of three patios/balconies. Our modern and clean townhome has three patios/decks to enjoy the outdoors after the beach or shopping. 3 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bath and an open floor plan are the perfect setting for the family vacation. Access to Junction/Breakwater trail for biking and walking. You could bike the 7-mile bike ride to Lewes or make the new Gordon's Pond round trip. About The Area
Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, is an Atlantic Coast town. Fronting the beach is a boardwalk lined with restaurants, shops, hotels and amusements. In summer, the Rehoboth Beach Bandstand presents free concerts. The Rehoboth Beach Museum explores the town's history with yearbooks and vintage postcards. To the north, Cape Henlopen State Park has dunes and an observation tower from 1941, when the park was a military base.
Rehoboth Beach is a year-round destination but peak times are May–Sep, when the beaches are busiest. The annual Lewes Polar Bear Plunge (Feb) lures the hardy for a quick ocean dip. Every year there is a Sandcastle Contest (Sep) in which sand sculptures are created on the beach. The Rehoboth Beach Jazz Festival (Oct) presents international stars. The Sea Witch Halloween & Fiddlers' Festival (Oct) combines a costume parade with music and a street fair.

This property is suitable for familes with or without children of all ages. There are three floors with stairs to each. No elevator. There is a full bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the first floor for older guests. Not suitable for guests with dog alergies as the owner has had their family dog on the proerty. No pets are permitted (no exceptions).
