Quiet, Relaxing and close to all fun!
My husband and I loved staying here! We brought our dog along and spent a lot of time out on the dock just enjoying the beautiful view and peacefulness. It is close to some great restaurants, quiet dog-friendly beaches and is a quick drive from our favorite Ocean City places. The balance of peace and quiet with easy access to the hustle and bustle was perfect for us! The owners are wonderful as well! Super easy to work with and provided all the basics for us, like sheets, toilet paper etc. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Can't Wait To Go Back
We have stayed at this beautiful cottage for nine years. The cottage is very clean and sheets, towels and soap products are provided. The views of the bay from the two covered decks are lovely and the sunsets are amazing. We appreciate being able to bring out two small dogs and love to walk them in the quiet neighborhood. There are food stores and a variety of restaurants very close by. The bay is just a few feet away from the decks and there are kayaks to use. Already looking forward to next year and we just got home from our vacation!

Relaxing
We had a lovely week at the cottage. Most of our time was spent on the back deck. We loved using the kayaks. The home was clean and had sheets and towels. I would love to come back.

Fabulous Cottage

Everything you want for a relaxing vacation
Paul is the owner of this beautiful property! Him and his wife are super nice people, they make sure you have everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen, BBQ grill, they provide the propane, WiFi, and cable. The cottage is directly on the water, you have two kayaks, 2 bikes, and crab baskets ready to use at your disposal. The cottage was very clean and the neighbors are really nice as well. We have found our new family vacation spot! Thank you Paul for making us feel at home during our 3 night stay! We will be back!

Peaceful
Excellent location ,very clean house and pet friendly can't ask for more. Stayed here yearly for 5 years and thoroughly enjoy it every time. Crabbing off the dock is a favorite pastime when relaxing here. Quiet and beautiful views

This was our second stay at the cottage. It has everything a family could want for a peaceful stay at the beach: covered decks, breathtaking views, crab pots, kayaks, calm water, dog friendly, all amenities provided, excellent owners, all in a wuiet residential neighborhood close to restaurants, Ocean City, and a dog friendly beach. It doesn’t get any better than this!

Beautiful retreat on the bay!
This was our second year at this wonderful cottage. We have been renting in the area for 30 years and, until last year, paid a premium to be on the beach but, now that the kids re grown and we are retired, this is perfect. The quiet neighborhood and the nearby Northside Park are great for walking the dog and we enjoy relaxing on the deck watching the boats on the bay with my brother and his wife. We are just a short drive from the Ocean City Casino and Racetrack and there are a few very good restaurants within a couple of miles. We plan to make this an annual event as long as we are able. This is the vacation spot for you!!! Endless water views will delight in every direction. Incredible sunsets can be seen from both very large decks. This bright and comfortably decorated Bayfront cottage was completely renovated a few years ago. Owners keep this property updated and make improvements every year.
The two bedroom/two full bathroom cottage comes fully equipped for you to have a relaxing vacation or a great offseason weekend getaway.The cottage will have all the conveniences you will need bed linens, bath towels, washer and dryer, full kitchen, TV'S in the living room and both bedrooms along with free WIFI.One bedroom (loft/full bath) has two queen size beds and the second bedroom ground floor also has a queen size bed. Both bedrooms have great water views and are waterfront. You will also have a gas grill for cooking outdoors two bicycles as well as two kayaks.
Bring your boat along, you can dock it at the dock located on the property. Easy access to the Assawomen Bay and just minutes from all the Ocean City 'Hotspots'
This property books very quickly due to the laid back area we are located in but just minutes to the beaches of Delaware and Maryland.
