The house is located in the best location of Dewey....bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors etc...are within walking distance. Outlet shopping malls are about 1 mile north of the house. Rehoboth is nearby.ÂHouse Rules
We require 300 - 500 for security deposit. The money will be returned to you in 1 week after your departure. Absolutely no smoking in the house. Only 10 people allowed in the house. You need to remove all trash from the house and empty the dishwasher before checking out. Access to the roof from the 3rd floor deck is strictly prohibited
