We had a wonderful time! The property was everything that it was advertised to be. Very clean and cozy, having a full kitchen and a clothes washer and dryer was wonderful. We could actually hear and smell the ocean from our house! Myron was extremely helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We can't wait to come back!

Oasis in the middle of Dewey Beach
Located off a courtyard behind another cottage, this cottage is a private, quiet retreat from the beach and lively Dewey Beach strip. Modest in size, but perfectly comfortable for 4 adults. The porch in front is a wonderful place to wind down, grill, eat, and enjoy being outside. Located 100 yards from the beach entrance, you can easily come and go from the beach all day. One thing to note: the cottage is part of a duplex. There is a wall that divides the deck and provides privacy, but you will see the neighbors leaving and returning if you are out front. You'll also be able to hear them enjoying their deck. Our neighbors were quiet and respectful, so this wasn't an issue.

Love, love, love! Perfect location and the owners are a pleasure to work with. We have spent several long weekends here in the off season and will most definitely be back every chance we get!

Lovely cottage for a beach getaway!
This cottage is always my first choice for a Dewey Beach vacation, both on- and off-season. The location could not be better...a short walk to the beach and to local restaurants. Set back from the quiet cul-de-sac, the garden and patio are a great place to barbecue, crack some crabs, and enjoy the sun. With room for four, it is perfect for couples and families. Everything you need is provided...including full size washer and dryer! We love this little gem.

The Admiral Benbow. Cute cottage just four houses from a beach that has been named one of only four 'superstar beaches' in the country. On a lot with two similar cottages, tucked away from the street in a small private garden. Light and bright with coastal décor. Hardwood floors, carpet, new kitchen and bath. Large private deck and/or patio with beautiful patio furniture and barbecue grill. One queen bed and two twin beds. Off-street parking for one car in shared driveway.
Walk to everything in town - restaurants, coffee shop nearby, bars, town park, shopping, entertainment - or take the local open air 'Jolly Trolley' at the end of the street for a quick ride to the Rehoboth Boardwalk. The Trolley runs every 20 minutes from 8 am to 1 am daily.
RENTALS WEEKLY ONLY JUNE 1-SEPT 1. During the summer months there are no weekend rentals. But other arrangements possible September through May. Rental is Saturday to Saturday. Check-in at 3 pm, Check-out at 10 am. Tenants bring sheets, towels and paper products. $400 security deposit required with rental. Half payment is due four days from receipt of lease, the balance is due 30 days prior to rental.
