Great Beach House with Close Proximity to Ocean
Perfect location, across street from beach access and a few blocks from town center. Great outdoor space with many decks and 1 with ocean views. Plenty of space for our family of 2 kids and 7 adults. I recommend staying here and plan on booking in the future

Great Location!
The location of this home was great. Right across the street from the beach entrance and close enough to town where we could easily walk to restaurants or shops. The home was equipped with several beach chairs and umbrellas which made for a easy time at the beach with our two families who stayed at the home. The owner was very easy to work with and very prompt and professional with our coordination for check in and access to the property and subsequently departure.

Spend a luxurious, relaxing week at a beautifully appointed home only steps to the beach. Gaze out at the ocean from two lovely screened-in porches, lull yourself to sleep to the sound of the ocean waves, reconnect with family and friends over a gourmet dinner at home or walk into town to explore the quaint shops or experience the wonderful restaurants in Bethany Beach. This fabulous beach house has a total of four decks to take in the outdoors, an expansive great room with four double french doors opening to the ocean view and breezes. You may also fish, swim, play miniature golf, search for shells, walk, run, bike, kayak--all within easy walking distance from the house. For those of us shoppers, bargains galore beckon from nearby Rehoboth Beach outlets (12 miles away), or you may sample the night-life of Ocean City, MD (10 miles away), or world class golf courses & great tennis at nearby Sea Colony! Just bring your family and friends...
About The Area
Bethany Beach is a family oriented town and feels a little like a throwback to another time. Mainstreet is Garfield Parkway and filled with little boutiques, restaurants, candy and ice cream shops. Boardwalk fries are also popular.
There are many bike paths in the area and biking is popular but certainly a distant second to going to the beach.

Suitability
The house has an upside down floor plan, ground floor is for parking and entryway. First flor has four bedrooms. Second floor has the family room, kitchen, dining area and the master bedroom/bath.
