This avoids the typical tie ups leading into Bethany. Since our condo has two King bedrooms with full baths it is ideal for two families.
The state of the art clubhouse overlooks the Indian River Bay. The clubhouse features a large outdoor pool, an indoor pool with hot tub, steam room, pool table, ping pong, electronic games, and separate locker rooms with showers. There is also an exercise room and a large sitting room overlooking the bay with a large screen T.V.
You can see the clubhouse from the condo. Clubhouse is about 100yds from the condo - easy walk.
The condo has 4 bedrooms and a loft - sleeps 10 with the following bed arrangements (3 baths in the condo):
1. Master Bedroom – King Bed – connected full bath with Jacuzzi and Shower
2. Master Bedroom 2 – King Bed – connected full bath/shower
3. Bedroom 3 – Queen bed
4. Bedroom 4 – 2 Twin Beds
5. Loft– Queen sleeper sofa
There is a usage fee for Renters for the clubhouse of $25/week for each person over 4. Renters pay this directly to Bethany Lakes at the clubhouse between 9-6.
The condo is 1.4 miles to the beach and is on the Indian River Bay. Access to the beach is via Fred Hudson Road - so you avoid Route 26 to get to the beach. Route 26 can be very congested in season.
Bethany Beach - 1.4 miles via back roads. Restaurannts, Gas, and Grocery stores within 1 mile of the condo.
There are State Parks on the ocean around 5 miles away from the condo.
For the shopping minded Rehoboth Beach around a 15 minute drive contains Prime Outlets.
Ocean City Maryland is approximately 15 miles from the condo.
Assateaque State Park is approximately 30 Miles from the condo.
To use the faciliies in Bethany Lakes renters must register with the front desk in the clubhouse.
