My son and I enjoyed Svetlana and Karl"s hospitality during our stay in the large mother-in-law suite-style apartment on the ground floor of their home. We were tired from traveling the day of our arrival and were happy to see that our beds had been made up with nice linens in separate rooms. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches that were included like laundry supplies, kitchen staples and personal items (soap, shampoo, conditioner). As mentioned in other reviews, the WiFi was excellent and the property is conveniently situated near major highways making travel a snap. I would definitely stay here again!

8 week stay
My family stayed here for 8 weeks while our house was being built. The house is fully furnished with plenty of room. The owners were very nice and pleasant to deal with. We had several requests and they were very acccomodating. The area has several great restraunts and the neighborhood is quiet with plenty of parking.

Nice stay in Seymour
I enjoyed my stay in this location. It was a nice downstairs apartment that has everything you need to feel like you aren't staying in a hotel. The space was ample and comfortable. I loved looking out the sliding door to watch the chipmunks looking for food. Would stay again if I ever find myself in the area again.

Magnificent, fully furnished 1st floor apartment. Our apartment is for non-smokers only. Very clean and calm. The apartment features a spacious living room with two futons and one couch, a separate bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed, a full eat-in-kitchen with a stove, a refrigerator, laundry, a full bathroom with a bathtub. Private separate entrance. Come and feel replenished in our guest apartment. Single guests, couples, small or big families welcome. We have additional 1 queen and 2 twin airbeds.
About The Area
Neighborhood overview
Quiet street with only local traffic. Great spot for a run, nice walk or bike ride. There is also a Park with pond and hiking trails. Downtown with a shopping, movies theater, a large selection of the restaurants, close highways.
Getting around
It's easily to book a taxi, rent a car. There is a train station in Seymour or Milford. Manhattan is in 1,5 hours by train or by car.

The apartment is well suited to parties. We have all the necessary furniture (chairs, tables) and we can invite a good chef. If you are interested in holding parties, before booking, write to us first, and we will negotiate.
