Sit in the 3 season sun room with ceiling fan and take in the view or read a good book on the wicker sofa. Head into the open concept living room/ kitchen through the french doors. Sit in front of the gas fire place or catch a good movie on the Amazon Firestick. When it is time for bed enjoy the bedroom with queen size bed and a view of the lake or go up the spiral staircase where you can find 2 twin beds or push them together for an added queen size bed and a view of the lake.
During the day enjoy our own half moon beach with 2 lounge chairs and access to the water. Enjoy the day fishing off the dock or bring your boat for added fun. In the evening sit out at the bench and look out at the lake or enjoy a nice fire in the fire pit. Please note we do have firewood for 5.00 per crate.

No parties, gathering, family reunions (family BBQ), etc. Please be respectful of our occupancy limits, rules, and our property. Age restriction apply. Rental agreement must be signed within 24hrs of booking.

If you cancel more than 60 days before check-in, your deposit (first payment) will be returned less 300.00 processing fee. . If you cancel less than 60 days you will forfeit all payments made. If you cancel less than 30 days before check in, you will forfeit full payment. The first day of the rental, there will be no refunds for any reason.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason. No cancellations due to weather. Please also note: any fees and payments paid to listing sites will NOT be refunded this includes service fees, credit card fees, cancellation fees, ect.
Any refunds made will be at owner’s discretion.
