Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival forfeit the initial deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are in full penalty (non-refundable). We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events. Substitutions: In most cases, you will stay in the exact condo you reserved at the time of booking, however sometimes we may have to make moves due to unforeseen events.
