Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival forfeit the initial deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are in full penalty (non-refundable). We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events.
Substitutions: In most cases, you will stay in the exact condo you reserved at the time of booking, however sometimes we may have to make moves due to unforeseen events. We will make every effort to place you in a similar condo or upgrade when necessary. Thanks for your understanding.
