While enjoying the great outdoors... as you lounge on the large wrap around deck with 6 person hot tub or from any window inside the home, you will see some of the most majestic views in all of colorado including the Collegiate Peaks, San Juans and Sangre de Christo mountain ranges. In the evenings take in the twinkling lights of Salida in the valley below
The home has five bedrooms, three full baths, den, loft, large great room, dining room and modern kitchen with breakfast bar. The mudroom has large capacity washer and dryer and plenty of room for organizing sports equipment. Beautiful stone fireplace and the views from the great room allow you to relax in comfort.
The main level has one bedroom (with queen bed) and a full bath. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a private balcony and seating area plus a private bathroom with a large whirlpool tub and separate shower and two sinks. There are three other bedrooms upstairs, one with a king, one with a queen and a kids room with four twin beds.`
Loft with library is stocked full of interesting reads and comfortable lounging.
The Bright Star Ranch is perfectly situated near most area activities, including skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, rafting, horseback riding, hot springs, shopping and more!
Bright Star Ranch is located between downtown Salida and the Mt Princeton/Chalk Creek area. Only one mile off the highway but incredibly private.
Pets on approval only, with extra fee. No shooting firearms or riding ATVs anywhere but the driveway. Weddings or other events subject to event fee (based on size of party)
