Consider Creekside Comfort Condo for your vacation rental. We invite you to reserve our remodeled 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath, 1,400 sq. ft. mountain condo/home in beautiful Frisco, CO. This corner unit is located on Ten Mile Creek with convenient ground floor access and parking in front of the unit. This unit has 3 actual bedrooms separate from the living area.
YEAR ROUND ACTIVITY
Winter activities are nearby: ski at Copper Mtn, Breckenridge, Keystone, Vail; cross-country ski at Frisco Nordic Center or Vail Pass, snow-shoe to Rainbow Lake or up to Mt. Royal.
Summer activities include 10-Mile Creek Bike Trail (30+ miles), hiking trails to Mason Town, Rainbow Lake, Mt. Royal, Mt. Victoria, Peak 1.
Main Street shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance.
We are looking for families, couples or groups of friends wanting a relaxing environment.
ACCOMMODATION
Creekside Comfort Frisco will live up to its name in making your stay relaxing and comfortable.
You will enjoy our large living area where your group will be able to kick back, watch a game on our 50 inch plasma tv in front of a wood-burning fire, or read a book next to the patio door overlooking the creek, or play games at the large dining-room table that seats 8, or search the internet (available in the condo).
Have fun cooking in our remodeled kitchen with new appliances and amenities to make life easy and convenient like a Keurig coffee maker (with 27 complimentary coffee cups), fridge with filtered water and ice-maker, new pots and pans, plenty of dishes, crock-pot, and other small appliances.
We offer 5 year old mattresses in the master (king), 2nd bedroom (queen), and 3rd bedroom (full) with bedding including 450-thread count sheets and warm cozy comforters. 3rd bedroom has a full/single bunkbed.
The 2 full baths have been upgraded with tile and soothing showers to relieve those extra miles you covered. You will find necessities like shampoo, conditioner, soap and blow-dryer at your fingertips. Plenty of towels are available.
OTHER AMMENITIES
If the comfort of the condo is not enough, head over to the recreation building (next to building A). You will find an indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi tub, and sauna. There is also a clubhouse room with full kitchen, tv area, and free internet.
Coin operated laundry (Washer/$1.75, Dryer/$1.75-quarters only) is just a few doors away on the ground level next to the property manager's office.
This condo has been in our family for over 25 years and we are still exploring new areas and new adventures. We love the quaint Frisco Main Street shops, restaurants, and summer festivals within easy walking distance. The surrounding beauty of Lake Dillon, Mt. Royal, and Peak 1 is awe-inspiring; the scene will literally take your breath away (along with the 9,075 ft. elevation!)
