Collins, Windsor, Greeley and I-25 and only 45 minutes from Estes Park and Poudre Canyon. Fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2-1/2 baths, 2 Story home. Includes remodeled kitchen, Family room, Formal Living room, Formal Dining room, 1/2 bath and Laundry on main floor. All but bath and laundry are Hardwood floors. 2nd story has Master suite with private bath and 2 addition bedrooms with shared full bath. Easily sleeps 6-8 people. Large Covered deck and patio with Large back yard with beautiful view of foothills for outdoor fun. Off street parking on large driveway. We are a retired couple with 2 grown children. We enjoy Drag racing and traveling in our RV.
Check in is 3pm or later, Check out is 10am or earlier. No pets, No indoor smoking. No parties or events. 6 adults and 2 children max occupancy.
Not handicap accesible, must be able to climb stairs. All bedrooms on second story.
