ADVANCE PAYMENT – A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking. Fourteen days out from arrival date, a payment reminder will be sent. Once second half payment has been paid, check-in instructions will be emailed to you.
PROPERTY USE POLICIES- All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
RETURN OF PERSONAL PROPERTY LEFT IN UNITS- Please be advised our policy for shipping items left in units is $25 plus the cost of shipping.
DAMAGES TO UNIT AND/OR FURNISHINGS- By accepting this reservation, the guest agrees to pay for any and all damages which may occur to furnishings or the premise during the guest's stay. We encourage guests to notify us immediately upon check-in of damage or items in ill-repair.
CANCELLATIONS - A fourteen day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than fourteen(14) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty and a full refund will be made. Cancellations made less than 14 days of arrival date forfeit the full payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
