Minimum StayBeautiful property with well stocked kitchen!
My family and I stayed at the condo with our friends so a total of four adults and five kids. There was plenty of space for everyone. The master bedroom closet was big enough to put a pack n play in and the master bedroom had space on the floor for a blow up mattress which worked out perfectly so we could separate the kids. The kitchen was very nicely stocked which we loved since we cooked dinner there every night. Loved that we could walk to Purgatory trail and down to the lake (which had a playground for the kids next to it). Great location as it was close to several other lakes for fishing. It's at least a half hour north of Durango but the drive is beautiful so we didn't mind. Would rent here again!!

JUST WONDERFUL
Black Bear 102 is a beautiful condo where you can just exhale and relax. It is a clean, wonderfully kept property with attention to detail. We brought our pet who enjoyed the Purgatory Trail hike which is footsteps away from the condo. This is my second time here and I will most definitely be coming back as my family loves Durango. Coming from Denver, we most certainly did not care one bit about a little highway noise!!

Very nice place.
My wife, 2 teenage sons and I really enjoyed Black Bear 102. Beautiful design. Roomy for all of us. Pictures are true to condition. The only down side is road noise from windows facing the road. I would love to own it. Pets are welcome but we did not bring our Duke.

We enjoyed this beautiful home.
This was perfect for our needs. It was much cooler here than in Durango and great hiking and biking trails near by. The home was clean and in excellent condition, just as the pictures suggested. It was plenty spacious for the seven of us. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Let this beautiful mountain townhome be your perfect getaway! Located directly across from Durango Mountain Resort, your family will have a wonderful experience no matter the season. Take the free shuttle and be at the slopes in minutes, or head up to mountain village and enjoy shops, activities, and restaurants nearby. This gorgeous new townhome includes 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is beautifully decorated. The kitchen includes a bar with seating as well as a built in desk and iPod dock, and opens to the adjacent dining and living area, giving you plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The master bedroom has its own gas fireplace and TV, as well as a private balcony for taking in some fresh mountain air. The private master bath includes a double vanity and a jetted tub. A second bedroom contains a queen bed and TV and the third bedroom has a bunk with full bed on bottom and twin bed on top. Enjoy great views of the slopes from the balcony off the living room, complete with a full-size grill. You can also take a short walk to the beautiful community gazebo with space for outdoor dining as well as a fire pit and outdoor bbq area. An attached garage gives you space to park the car or leave your gear out of the way.
This home is pet friendly. Approved Pets are allowed with a non-refundable fee based on size/type.
