This is a shared-room arrangement, in that we have two bunk beds in each of two bedrooms for a total of eight beds, so you will be sharing a room with other guests. We do not offer a weekly or a monthly discount.
As our guest, you will have access to the entire condo: The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator with ice maker, stove & oven, microwave, dishwasher, mixer, pots & pans, and dishes and silverware. We have a TV and sofas in the living room, a dining room table, an office table, and a breakfast bar with seating.
I first moved to Summit County in 2006 - so I know the area well, and I'm available to help you with whatever you may need; best places to ski, dining out options, driving directions, sports activities - I'm here to help!
At my condo I have free Wi-Fi, a clothes washer & dryer, a well-appointed kitchen, TV with cable, and a patio with a grill where smoking is permitted.
The condo is only minutes away from five major ski areas: Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Vail.
Amenities that are available at the clubhouse, which is only a short walk away, include a large indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub, a sauna in the women's locker room,pool tables, ping pong tables, a meeting room with free Wi-Fi, tennis and pickle ball courts, and basketball courts.
There is a bus stop right at my condominium complex with free busses to all the ski areas and almost anywhere else you may want to go in town!
