This is a shared-room arrangement, in that I have two bunk beds in each of two bedrooms for a total of eight beds, so you will be sharing a room with other guests. I do not offer a weekly or monthly discount.
Detailed Description:
As my guest, you will have access to the entire condo: The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator with ice maker, stove & oven, microwave, dishwasher, mixer, pots & pans, and dishes and silverware. I have a TV with cable and sofas in the living room, a dining room table, an office table, free Wi-Fi, and a breakfast bar with seating. There is a clothes washer and dryer within my unit. I am on the ground-floor with a patio outside and a large gas grill where smoking is permitted.
Interaction with Guests:
I first moved to Summit County in 2006 - so I know the area well, and I'm available to help you with whatever you may need; best places to ski, dining out options, driving directions, sports activities - I'm here to help!
The Neighborhood:
Amenities that are available at the clubhouse, which is only a short walk away, include a very large indoor heated swimming pool & hot tub, a sauna in the women’s locker room, two pool tables, a ping pong table, an air hockey table, a meeting room with free Wi-Fi, tennis and pickle ball courts (I have two racquets & balls for you to use), and basketball courts.
Getting Around:
There is a bus stop right at my condominium complex with free busses to all the ski areas and almost anywhere else you may want to go in town! I'm only minutes away from five major ski areas: Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Vail.
