This very cozy and inviting unit is just what I needed - and what worked so very beautifully for me as I sold a property and then bought another. The owners are on site, attentive to the property, and very helpful in general, making sure your stay meets all of your comforts and needs. There are several bonuses living here: the location can't be beat - just steps from the Cherry Creek shopping area, you can pop into a dozen (or more) different restaurants for an easy and/or upscale meal. Another is that this central location allows for traveling the city with ease. A bonus is the vibe of the neighbors, including those who are also living in the complex. We enjoyed impromptu "porch parties," where we'd end up on our individual patios, enjoying the evening breeze and often laughing well into the evening - it's a fun place to live! If you'd like to be housed in comfort, not worry, enjoy beautiful landscaping and lovely neighborhood - this is the place. It's top notch and I doubt there's anything quite like it in this part of the city.

The property was clean, well-kept
I had the pleasure of staying in this sweet little house with my two children while we were in Denver. We felt immediately at home. The furnishings were elegant but comfortable and arranged thoughtfully, and the house was equipped with all the standard necessities of day-to-day life, from coffee-maker and dishwasher, washer & dryer, to the requisite detergents that accompany them; cooking tools, foils and plastics, even Tupperware. We absolutely loved having a back patio and private yard with a grill, the neighborhood is quiet and safe and the children were happy to play outside. There are two parks and playgrounds within 3 blocks each, not to mention the public school playgrounds open to the public, also just steps away. We also loved exploring the shops and restaurants in the Cherry Creek North neighborhood. The property was clean, well-kept and a delight to stay in. We were sad to leave it, and we hope to stay there again on our next visit to Denver.

This end unit is bright and airy with brand new windows and a professionally landscaped, fenced in backyard. The entire unit was remodeled just 2 years ago. Nicely updated galley style kitchen, new flooring throughout and an all new bathroom. Large, open living room opens to your private backyard. One car detached garage. There are actually 2 furnished units available in this complex, please inquire even if calendar shows booked. All utilities including high speed internet included in rental rate.
Just 2 blocks from everything Cherry Creek North has to offer, exclusive restaurant's and boutiques just right down the street! 10 minute drive to downtown Denver, easy access to highways
