This house has a great front porch and backyard area for hanging out. There are two craft beer places within walking distance, just around the corner! Plenty of places for people to stay and two full bathrooms. Definitely recommend this house - and would book again if needed!

Perfect hometown get away
Corinna's Sunnyside Up was the perfect place to have a family get together and enjoy cooking and visiting with each other between outings to local Denver sites. Being able to have our small dog with us only added to the relaxation on the front porch and large backyard, and overall home-iness.

Cozy but perfect
We had a wonderful stay here! Appreciated the two bathrooms and the ability to have the boys sleep in the two twins downstairs. The backyard was amazing! The location suited us well- easy access to freeways, right near downtown which made our trip to the Rockies game super easy, quiet neighborhood for the most part. Any trouble we did have (just a few little things like a leaky fridge or missing grill part) were addressed immediately and respectfully- and the issues were truly minor and nothing that could have been predicted. We would absolutely stay here again- so long as the weather is good enough to be outside as it is quite cozy inside for our whole family. Lots of extras- coffee, good utensils, a cooler, grill, the outdoor table and seating were perfect. Great stay overall!

This house is a very cozy and charming bungalow that was built in 1928. Even though it has been updated, it still maintains a lot of it's original charm. It's in a prime location that is a mile away from Coors Field, which makes for an easy Uber or RTD ride. It's walking distance to many conveniences, restaurants, local breweries, 7Eleven, parks, and so much more! All 3 bedrooms have upgraded/top of line mattresses, sheets and comforters. The kitchen has all the dishes, gadgets and conveniences to make you feel at home. There are three TVs throughout the house loaded with a lot of cable channels, very high speed wifi internet included. Enjoy this private residence and feel at home, away from home. No smoking inside allowed, however there is a front porch and back patio that smoking is allowed.
