Great place in the hills
I took my son and a couple buddies out for a last minute weekend getaway. I called 10 days prior to departure and she had this property available for 2 nights. The Owner is very easy to work with. It's literally minutes from the casinos or a short drive to the royal gorge or Colorado Springs and pikes peak. Don't forget your sweatshirt. It gets cold at night up there. The deck was my favorite part of this place as the views are amazing. Especially early morning and at night. I'd definitely recommend this property.

Great mountain getaway
We stayed here in the summer of 2013 and it was beautiful! Our family of four had plenty of space. The views are breathtaking. We loved that there was no wifi or cell signal so we were completely disconnected - exactly what we needed for our getaway. The price of this cabin was VERY competitive! We were able to take in all the activities colorado has to offer (definitely would recommend white water rafting!) Our only complaints would be that the home across the way was a little rowdy and noisy - but the owner of this cabin has no control over that. And that there wasn't any curtains on the back door - it gets extremely dark outside (perfect for seeing the thousands of stars!!) but that's also perfect for anyone who walks up to the door... Just a little creepy :) all in all, we would LOVE to stay here again!

Colorado vacation
We very much enjoyed our two day stay in your beautiful cabin. It is very well furnished and very comfortable. As many others have said, the views out the front deck is great! We really appreciate the trees as we live in a desert with few of them. Thank you very much. Tucson,Az

Amazing
Such a beautiful place. This cabin gave us a much needed break from the city. The views at night, the pace and the air was perfection. The cherry on the cake is the locals of Cripple Creek, Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs and Woodland park; they are fantastic. This was a Great trip. yukon, Oklahoma City

First things first, the view is amazing! We definitely enjoyed spending time out on the deck. The location is perfect from Cripple Creek town so it was an easy drive there. The cabin was perfect size for our big family. Very cozy! Ia was awesome to be able to see the stars so clearly from our deck. We're very thankful to have stayed here and hope to return in the future!

Wonderful Cabin
What a beautiful and peaceful place! We loved the view and the quiet. The cabin had just about everything we needed and was a great place to come home to after a dayof enjoying the sights. ( and if anyone has an SUV with 4 wheel drive and wants a bit off road adventure, take Gold Camp Rd. from Cripple Creek to Colorado Springs. It's a county road that will take you places most tourists never see) Take a picnic! Thank you for this wonderful cabin. We would defnitely love staying here again! Indianapolis, In
