Minimum StayPerfect condo!
This was the perfect home base for exploring Colorado Springs! We could not have asked for a better place for the two of us. The views were stunning and the bed was very comfortable. Teresa has stocked her condo with everything you could possibly need- just bring your clothes and your toothbrush! We would often cut our explorations of the area short just so we could go back to the condo and relax. The location of the Satellite Hotel in the city is a great one and the city is so easy to navigate. We are planning a return visit to CO next year and we will definitely book this condo again for any time we are in The Springs!

Comfortable condo, great view!
We had a wonderful week in this condo. Found everything to be exactly like the pictures. Condo was clean and bed was very comfortable. The location is really close to all the attractions we wanted to see which was great. Teresa was quick to respond to the couple small issues we had.

Great views
Condo was as described, it was quiet and felt safe. Although an older building the "retro" qualities balanced well. Would recommend to anyone who wants a little of everything without an exorbitant price.

Rocky Mountain High view condo.
This was like a tiny home for two. Large balcony is almost like an extra room with a direct view of Cheyenne mountain and overlooks a golf course. Downstairs the 24 hour staff were very friendly trying to help us get in. We used a different pin to unlock the door. The heated pool was closed the first week to balance chemicals. Noise can be heard as large glass sliders are single pane. We expected this facing the pool. Had some problems with electronics but the owners were responsive trying to help. No dishwasher but instant hot water with every need in the kitchen or walk to the dollar store for a forgotten item. Check as there's plenty of supplies. We loved the recliner couch and electronic clock. The updates and decorations are welcoming. Coin Laundry is on every floor with extra machines on the third floor. We played tennis but don't use the physical fitness room. Parking on our side wasn't a problem even with a hotel and small businesses in this twelve story building. Family stopped by even having dinner on the balcony. They were impressed. So we reserved again next year.

Enjoy breathtaking mountain views from sliding glass doors that are almost 18' wide in both the living area and bedroom and opens up to a 8' X 22' patio where you can enjoy a view of Pikes Peak, golf course, and the outdoor pool!!! This gem was completely remodeled in November 2015 with brand new appliances, counter tops, cabinets, tile floor, back splash, and paint in the kitchen. Brand new floor, sink, cabinet, toilet, and paint in the bathroom with a full size tub/shower. Fresh paint everywhere! The bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress. Brand new 42" HDTV with satellite cable, blue-ray DVD player and ample movies and games for everyone to enjoy.
The lower level of this high rise has numerous businesses (beauty salons, and barber shops, a library, weight rooms and Satellite Hotel rooms for extra people in your party etc.) This place is great for the elderly and disabled because there are 3 elevators to whisk you up to your condo. Plenty of off street parking and even RV parking! There is so much to do, too much to list! What more could you ask for? Give us a try. You won't be sorry.
